Collegiate Highlights:
2019: Named PAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week.  NCCAA Men's Track Athlete of the Week (x3).  Won NCCAA Indoor title in the 3000 meters and ran on the Distance Medley Relay team that finished first at the Indoor NCCAA Championship.  Finished first in the 3,000 meters and second in the mile, 5,000 meters, and Distance Medley Relay at the Indoor PAC Championship.  Named the Indoor PAC Most Outstanding Track Performer and the PAC's Most Outstanding Performer at the Indoor PAC Championship meet.  Broke Geneva's indoor records in the mile, 3000 meters and 5000 meters.  Geneva Student-Athlete of the Week (Click here for interview).  During the Outdoor season, was named the PAC Most Outstanding Track Performer and the PAC Most Outstanding Performer at the Outdoor PAC Championship meet.  Finished first in the 3000m steeplechase, and second in both the 5,000m and 10,000m races.

2018: Named PAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week (x2).  Named NCCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.  Cross Country 1st Team All-PAC selection.  PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017: Cross Country 2nd Team All-PAC selection.  PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
