Tyler Pagaduan returns to Geneva as an assistant softball coach for the 2025 season. He comes to the College after a two-year stint as head coach of Eastern Nazarene College's softball team, where he led the Lions to a New England Collegiate Conference championship, and subsequent NCAA national tournament berth, in his first season in 2023. He also spent time as a travel coach instructor and recruiting manager for In the Zone Baseball and Softball Academy from 2018-2021.
Pagaduan is no stranger to either the Athletic Department at Geneva or the softball team. A four-year starter on Geneva's baseball team from 2015-2018, he had lots of success with the Golden Tornadoes, and received All-Conference recognition from the PAC in both his junior and senior seasons. After graduating in 2018 with a B.S. in Sports Management, Pagaduan returned as a graduate assistant coach to the softball team in 2021, and remained in that position through the 2022 season. He graduated from Geneva with his Master's degree in Higher Education in 2023.
In addition to coaching at Geneva, Pagaduan works in the College's Admisions Office as the Graduate and Online Enrollment Counselor. He lives in New Brighton.
