BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Geneva College women's tennis team faced their toughest test of the season in the reigning Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Champion Allegheny Gators, and the Gators swept the match at Brady's Run Courts, 9-0. Allegheny improved to a perfect 3-0 in conference play, while Geneva dropped to 2-4 overall, 1-3 in the PAC.
Geneva's closet match came in #2 doubles where senior Ella Miller and freshman Rachel Hodsden battled well before succumbing 8-5.
"We have a busy week with three of the top teams in the PAC," said Head Coach Mandee Craft. "Allegheny is the top team for a resason, and they showed it today."
