2024-25: Named the PAC Track Athlete of the Week after winning the mile race at the SPIRE College Midwest Open on 1/27/25, beating out several Division I and Division II athletes with a time of 4:15.17 ... Won both the mile race and the 800-meter race at the PAC Indoor Championships on 2/27/25 for the third year in a row, breaking his school record in the mile with a time of 4:12.71 while running the 800 in 1:54.53 ... Also ran with the distance medley relay team that placed third at the PAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:57.33 ... Named the PAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week on 3/18/25 for his performance in the 1500-meter race in Myrtle Beach during the first outdoor meet of the season ... 2023-24: Won the 800-meter race at the YSU Mid Major Invitational, defeating multiple Division I and II runners with a time of 1:53.86, just narrowly missing his own school record ... NCCAA Scholar-Athlete ... Won the NCCAA Indoor title in the mile at Cedarville on 2/10/24 with a time of 4:15.00 (adjusted to 4:11.79) ... Named the PAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week on 2/13/24 for his performance at the NCCAA Indoor Championships ... Took first place in the 800m race at the PAC Indoor Championships on 2/24/2024, finishing with a PAC Championship meet record 1:53.06 time, and finished first place in the mile with a time of 4:22.30 ... Ran as a part of the distance medley team that took first place at the PAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:39.06 ... Broke the school record in the 3000-meter run at the Mount Union Jim Wuske Invitational on 2/4/23 with a time of 8:39.40 ... Broke his own mile record at the NCCAA Indoor Championships on 2/11/23 with a time of 4:13.32, placing third overall ... Also finished second in the 800-meter race at the NCCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 1:57.85 ...
