Micah Fitz

Micah Fitz enters his third season as head coach of the Geneva women's soccer program in 2026. The program has seen notable improvement in his first two years as head coach, doubling their win total from 2024 to 2025 and nearly qualifying for the PAC playoff tournament.

In 2022, Fitz was hired as the lead assistant for the women's soccer program at Saint Francis where he was involved in scouting reports, recruitment, academic management, compliance and budgetary assignments.  He also had specific responsibilities for midfield and forward development for Saint Francis.

After graduating from Messiah in 2020, Fitz served for two years as a men's soccer graduate assistant for Division I Liberty University while pursuing his master's degree in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology.  He also served during those years as the Mechanicsburg Middle School Boys Head Coach in 2020 and the Imago Dei Soccer Academy U23 Head Men's Soccer Coach in 2021.

Fitz was a standout soccer player for Messiah College during his collegiate days.  He helped lead Messiah to three conference championships, and in 2017 he was a part of the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer National Championship team.  He was named a First Team MAC Commonwealth Selection in 2019 and graduated from Messiah with a degree in Psychology.

Fitz holds a US Soccer 'C' Coaching License, while also holding United Soccer Coaches (USC) Level 1 and 2 Goalkeeping Diplomas, a USC College Coach Certificate, and a USC Director of Coaching Diploma.
