The 2024 season will be Head Coach Curt Conser's sixth season leading the men's volleyball program.  The Golden Tornadoes are coming off their first AMCC Conference Championship in 2023, advancing to the NCAA National Tournament for the first time in program history.

Conser began the men's program in 2019, the first season Geneva had a men's volleyball varsity team.  In Geneva's first season of competition, Conser led the program to a 20-9 overall record, and its 11-3 record in the AMCC tied Geneva for first place in the regular season standings.  He followed that up with an 18-6 season in 2020 and a perfect 5-0 conference record before the season was cut short by COVID-19.  His overall record in five seasons is 87-52, including an impressive 46-8 record in AMCC play.

Prior to his time leading the men's program, Conser spent 16 years helping coach the Geneva women's volleyball team before departing in 2016 to give more focus to his family and to his role as the Director of the Infinity Volleyball Club in Salem, Ohio.  Conser began at Geneva in 2000 as an assistant women's volleyball coach before eventually working his way into a co-head coaching position alongside current head women's volleyball coach, Wendy Smith.  During that time Geneva put together some of its strongest seasons, including the program's only Presidents' Athletic Conference championship in 2011.
