OBERLIN, Ohio – The Geneva women's cross country team placed 12th out of 32 teams at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Saturday morning. The Golden Tornadoes scored 361 points in their final race before the 2022 Presidents' Athletic Conference Championship. 

Carmen Medvit was the top Geneva finisher in the 6,000-meter race. Medvit placed 22nd with a time of 23:00.6. Madison Castro was the second Golden Tornado across the finish line in 39th place at 23:25.1. Jaci Mennetti (24:08.1), Hailey Carroll (24:19.0) and Catherine O'Donnell (25:19.4) rounded out the team scoring for Geneva. 

The 2022 PAC Championship will be held on Saturday, October 29 at 11 a.m. at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa.
