BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – Graduate student Julia Hart and juniors McKenzie Rapp and Lexi Zanic were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for their performances both on the diamond and in the classroom.
To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and hold a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50. Players must also have played in at least 90% of their team's games, or made starts in at least 66% of games. For pitchers, student-athletes must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched at least 35 innings.
For Hart and Rapp, this is the second straight year the pair has received this honor.
