VIENNA, Ohio – Junior Madison Sharek put together another strong round of golf on Monday on the opening day of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Fall Championships. She's sitting in third place after the first of two days of the championship, hosted at the Squaw Creek course. Sharek's just two strokes off the leader.
Sharek finished the par 72 course by carding a 79, including a birdie on the 15th hole. Sophomore Onika Alonzi finished her round with a 107, while senior Sydney Peasley carded a 113.
The second and final round of the fall PAC Championships will occur tomorrow, with a 9:30 a.m. start. The conference combines the two days in the fall with two more championship rounds at the end of the spring season to determine the team and individual champions.
