NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Geneva College women's lacrosse team continued with its tough slate to open Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) on Saturday with a match at Westminster, falling 23-0. The Golden Tornadoes were missing a couple key starters who sat out with injuries.
The Titans controlled the match, allowing just one shot by junior Mara Fowlow. Junior goalkeeper Lexi Lee made six saves in net, while grabbing four ground balls. Sophomore Annika Kamerman came up with four draw controls.
The women will be back in action next Saturday with a 1:00 p.m. home match against Saint Vincent. Today's match brought an end to six straight contests on the road.
