PITTSBURGH – The Geneva men's golf team earned its second dual competition win of the season, beating Carlow, 331-333. The team score matches the season-low set in the first match of the season against Waynesburg on Sept. 6.
Freshman
Austin Goehring continues to drop his score as the season progresses. The rookie from Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, shot a 78 on the day, matching the Geneva single round record set on Sept. 6 by senior
Trent Belleville.
Sophomore
Joshua Hido, junior
Jacob DeLisio, and sophomore
Timothy Ehko kept the scoring tight as they shot 83, 84, and 86 respectively.
Geneva heads over to Ohio on Friday, Sept. 23 to play in the Golden Eagle Invitational hosted by Kent State-Tuscarawas.
