GREENWOOD, Ind. – Seniors Jonathan Bertovich and Alec Srock, along with sophomore Tommy Coletti, were named College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections for their performance both on the court and in the classroom for the Geneva College men's basketball team this past season.

To receive this distinction, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically while holding a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50.  Players must also have played in at least 90 percent of their team's games or been a starter in at least 66 percent of their contests.

Bertovich, who finished up his undergraduate business degree in three years and has been working on his graduate degree this past year, led Geneva in scoring this season with 14.0 points per game while connecting on 57 three-pointers.  He started all 23 games he played in, earning All-PAC recognition for his play.

Coletti, an engineering major, had a breakout sophomore campaign for the Golden Tornadoes, finishing second on the team with 13.5 points per game, while leading the team with 5.8 rebounds per game.  He started 25 of Geneva's 26 games, only missing the Senior Day game as a starter.

Srock, a business major, stepped into a starting role this season for the Golden Tornadoes, playing in all 26 games while starting 19 times.  He finished the season averaging 7.0 points and 5.2 rebounds.  This is the second straight season he has been named a CSC Academic All-District selection.
