CANONSBURG, Pa. – The Geneva men's golf team participated in the Peter C. Rossin Memorial Invitational on Monday, hosted by Washington and Jefferson, finishing in seventh place with a team score of 340. Sophomore
Ryan Edwards and junior
Austin Goehring paced the GTs, each finishing in a tie for 11
th place overall at the tournament.
Edwards and Goehring each shot an 81, with Edwards birdieing two par three holes on the day, one on each nine. Senior
Timothy Ehko was the next best finisher for the Golden Tornadoes, carding an 87, while senior
Joshua Hido came in forth with a score of 91. Senior
Michael DeMiere also traveled with the men, although his score of 101 did not count toward Geneva's overall team score.
The men are scheduled to play just one more time before the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Spring Invitational. They travel to Avalon Country Club at Buhl Park on Saturday, April 12
th, for a 1:00 p.m. tournament, hosted by Thiel College.
