STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – Junior Ryan Edwards posted a strong round of golf for the Geneva College men's golf team on Saturday afternoon in the Franciscan Invitational, hosted at the Steubenville Country Club. The men finished with a team score of 327.
Edwards posted three birdies in carding a 79 in Saturday's round, which tied him for 12th out of the 40 golfers competing. Senior Austin Goehring and sophomore Linkoln Gundacker each posted an 81, while junior Owen Bouscher rounded out the group for the Golden Tornadoes with an 86.
The men quickly return to action on Monday at the Grove City Invitational, hosted at the Grove City Country Club. Players are set to tee off beginning at 1:00 p.m.
