Women Prepare for PACs at Grove City Invitational

GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Geneva College women's golf team got its last round of golf in before the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Fall Championships begin next week, participating in the Grove City Fall Invitational on Monday at the Grove City Country Club. 
 
Sophomore Madison Sharek again led the women, carding an 83 overall, which placed her in a tie for ninth place out of the 65 golfers at the event.  Junior Sydney Peasley was the next closest Golden Tornado, finishing with a 105, while freshman Onika Alonzi was right behind with a 106.
 
The PAC Fall Championships will occur over two days next week, with each golfer playing a round on both Monday and Tuesday.  The rounds will be played at Squaw Creek in Vienna, Ohio.
