CANONSBURG, Pa. – The Geneva women's golf team sent three players to Washington and Jefferson College's Peter C. Rossin Memorial Invitational on Monday, hosted at Southpointe Golf Club. All three women competed as individuals in a tournament that featured multiple Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) teams.
Freshman
Onika Alonzi was the top golfer for the women, carding a 112. Juniors
Sydney Peasley and
Jayme Flock also competed, scoring 129 and 143, respectively.
Monday's match was the last one for the women until the PAC Spring Championships. The first day of the spring rounds is set for Friday, April 24, and will be played at Mill Creek Golf Course in Boardman, Ohio.
