Geneva College Athletics

Smith is still recognized as one of the best defensive ends in Geneva College football history.  Smith finished his career on College Hill with 197 tackles, 25.5 sacks and 59 tackles-for-loss (TFL).  His senior season in 2000 when he finished with 17 sacks and 28 TFLs was one of the most dominant defensive seasons in school history.  He was a two-time NCCAA All-American, while also twice being named an NAIA All-American, including in 2000 when he was named a 1^st team All-American selection.
