Mandi Cwynar (2001-04)

Mandi Cwynar was a two-sport star for the Golden Tornadoes in the sports of women’s soccer and softball. A stand-out goalkeeper for the Golden Tornadoes, Cwynar ranks third on Geneva’s all-time list with 20 career shut-outs. A two-time All-Conference performer in soccer, Cwynar also compiled three All-Conference awards in softball. Tied for the single season record with 66 hits in 2003, Cwynar also holds the single season record for doubles with 21 and the career record for doubles with 51. Behind the plate for the 2003 campaign, Cwynar was a key component to Geneva’s record setting season when it finished 42-12.
