Jamie Smith helped guide Geneva College to its first appearance in the NAIA national play-offs in 1987. Finishing his career with school records in passing yardage (7,226), touchdown passes (62) and total offense (7,032), Smith still ranks in the top four of all three categories. Smith was named an NAIA All-American selection in each of his four seasons, including his senior campaign where he led Geneva to the NAIA national semi-finals.
