Geneva College Athletics

Deanna Briody excelled as a setter for the Geneva College women’s volleyball team during her four seasons as a Golden Tornado.  She was a four-year starter and holds the program’s record for career assists with 4,424, along with the single season record for assists set in 2011 with 1,434.  She’s also currently ninth in school history with 1,447 digs, to go along with 153 aces.  Briody was an All-PAC performer all four years, including in 2011 when she was named the PAC Player of the Year in leading the women to the PAC Championship, Geneva’s first PAC Championship after moving to NCAA Division III.
