Geneva College Athletics

Ivan Abbott played for the men’s soccer team from 1979-82 and put together the most statistically successful career of any Golden Tornado up to that point in the program’s history.  He finished his career with 39 goals and 25 assists, with both totals each currently fourth most in program history.  His senior year he put together one of the best single seasons in school history, finishing with 14 goals and 17 assists.  The 17 assists are the most by any player in program history for a single season.
