Geneva College Athletics

Hartley is the first ever inductee in the category “Gamechanger” for the Geneva Athletics Hall of Fame.   He was a tennis student-athlete during his time at Geneva but went on to become the President at the University of Connecticut.  During his time at UCONN he oversaw extreme growth in the athletics program, including the famous UCONN 2000 fundraising campaign, while he hired two legendary coaches to lead their basketball programs to many national championships.
